A recruiter never stops. It’s 23h, my son is asleep, I’m getting there too, but I’m also setting up an interview, scheduling a call and reassuring candidates who are waiting for test results or a decision. I like that it’s an exciting rythm and that I can be available for my candidates and clients, but it takes discipline to know when to disconnect and I wonder if we know the limits sometimes.
