Candidates' conducts

After spending energy and time on a recruitment process with a candidate, accomodating him for a post-work interview schedule at 18h00, he announces at 23h00 the night before that he won’t be attending after all, because he was promoted at his current job.

A candidate taking advantage of a recruitment process to negociate and obtain a promotion with his employer is very common in the recruitment world, unfortunately. But I want to believe that people will gain some elegance of character to not enter into these petty plans that make proper recruiters frustratingly waste time and energy.
